Natalia Milovankina is a seasoned Project Services Support Manager, with over 17 years of experience in the areas of Project Controls, Scheduling and Planning with Primavera and MS PM software. Her real value added talents are in the area of Sub Contract Administration and Vendor Surveillance of contracts. The last project that she was on was an FPSO Conversion, that was accomplished in 18 months (FID to First Oil) and included the simultaneous drilling/completion - planning and execution of 4 deep-water sub-sea wells, offshore Nigeria.

Natalia started her career as the Val Victorian of her university class and was a selected ‘project management intern’ with Chiyoda and Toyo in Japan on a major LNG project for Shell. This training set the basis for her career.  She then moved from Chiyoda to Exxon Sakhalin Russia and worked in the project group for two years, until moving to Houston to be part of the ‘OYO FPSO execution team’, whose customer was NAE (a subsidiary of ENI) of Nigeria. Her expertise ranges from onshore cryogenics to deep water offshore drilling and production.  She is a valuable asset to any oil and gas execution group. She speaks and writes fluent Russian and English.
